Authorized Use Policy

Warden only performs assessments against targets you are authorized to test. Unauthorized assessment activity is strictly prohibited.

1. Your attestation

When you add a domain, you attest that you own it or have written permission from the owner to request an assessment.

2. Prohibited requests

• Assets you do not control or lack permission to test
• Requests intended to harass, disrupt, or harm third parties
• Attempts to circumvent ownership checks

3. Our rights

We may refuse, pause, or cancel orders that appear unauthorized or unlawful, and may retain records needed for abuse investigations.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your requests comply with applicable laws, contracts, and employer policies.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected unauthorized use to abuse@warden.ai.
