Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when Warden may issue refunds for assessment orders paid via cryptocurrency.

1. Before work begins

If payment confirms but work has not begun, you may request a cancellation and refund of the paid amount (minus network fees we cannot recover).

2. Delivery commitment

If we miss a delivery date confirmed in writing without a mutually agreed extension, you may request a remedy or refund review.

3. After delivery

Because reports are digital deliverables, refunds after delivery are generally unavailable except where required by law or where the deliverable is materially defective.

4. Chargebacks & disputes

Contact support with your order ID before escalating. We aim to resolve eligible issues promptly.

5. How to request

Email billing@warden.ai with your order ID and reason. Crypto refunds, when approved, are returned to a wallet you designate.
