1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Authorized use only

You may only request assessments for domains and assets you own or are expressly authorized to test. You represent that your ownership attestation is truthful.

3. Orders & payment

Prices and supported payment options are shown before confirmation. Work begins after the order is accepted and payment is confirmed.

4. Deliverables

Deliverables are digital reports describing prioritized external findings and remediation guidance. Timelines are estimates and may vary with scope and current availability.

5. Acceptable use

• No unauthorized scanning requests
• No attempts to disrupt Warden systems
• No resale of reports without written permission

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” Assessments improve visibility but cannot guarantee discovery of every issue or prevent every incident.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warden’s aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to fees you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
